Join the fun! The Saskatoon EX is Saskatchewan’s biggest summer event featuring live entertainment, shopping, thrilling rides and delicious food. During the 6-days of the EX, hundreds of thousands of people come through the gates to play, eat, drink and shop. In 2018 this event attracted an attendance of over 203,300 people. Indoor exhibits will be located in Hall D. Hall E, which is directly adjoined to Hall D will feature family entertainment and feature displays. With this layout, the commercial exhibits and featured exhibits in Hall E, will complement each other and bring increased traffic to both venues.

Wireless/Hardwired Internet Service:
Unsecured Wireless Internet Service is not provided at the Saskatoon EX, see form below. For guaranteed bandwidth, a dedicated Hard Wired Service can be ordered. Please be aware that if you are operating a Rogers based debit/credit card machine you will experience difficulties as our cellular service is SaskTel based.
One 110v 15 amp outlet is provided with each indoor booth space. If additional electrical service is required, please complete attached order form. Electrical fees apply for all outdoor concessions and vendors.
Please note that Prairieland Park has invested over $2,000,000 in electrical infrastructure upgrades to the Concession Row and Grandstand areas. All power will now be supplied from underground lines. This upgrade will guarantee your electrical needs will be met and provide efficient operation of food concessions.
The SaskPower $25.00 electrical inspection fee will be in effect again this year. Prairieland Park will collect the fee and remit it on your behalf. Any violations imposed by the SaskPower Inspector must be resolved by the exhibitor immediately or the item/booth will be removed from the tradeshow.
Indoor exhibitors requiring water service are subject to fees. This includes filling hot tubs with water – does not include hose and pump. NOTE: Natural gas services are available in some booth locations. Notification of this service is necessary when applying for booth space.
Sign Hanging Service:
Please be aware that any indoor exhibitor signs or banners hung from the ceiling, must be hung by Prairieland Park staff. There is a charge for this service and size restrictions may apply.

Indoor Display & Exhibits

Indoor Move-In Times:
Sunday, August 4: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, August 5: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 6: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Exhibitors must be ready for operation on Tuesday, August 6 at 12 noon. Any display material to be moved in on Tuesday must be carried through walk-in doors only; the overhead doors will not be available for use.
Indoor Move-Out Times:
No indoor exhibit or concession shall be dismantled in any way prior to the closing time of 11:00 p.m. Sunday, August 11. Move out must be complete by 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 12. Vehicles will not be allowed in the building during move-in or move-out.
Outdoor Exhibit & Concessions
Tuesday, August 6 – Sunday, August 11, 2019. 12:00 noon – Midnight
*these hours are minimum hours of operation for outdoors*
Outdoor Move-In/Move-Out Times:
All outdoor exhibits and concessions MUST be ready for operation by 12:00 noon Tuesday, August 6, 2019. No exhibit or concession is to be closed prior to the authorized daily closing time or dismantled prior to Midnight, Sunday, August 11. All outdoor exhibits and concessions must be removed from Prairieland Park by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 13.
Security – 24 hour guard from 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 4 to 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 12. On grounds roving security from 4:00 p.m. Thursday, August 1 to 8:00 a.m. Tuesday August 13.
Forklift for set-up and take-down will be provided on an “as available” basis.
Drapery provided for indoor space – 8 ft. high backs, 4 ft. high sides. Tables, chairs and other exhibit aid are not provided. Exhibit aids can be ordered through Handy Special Events.
Door dimensions – Hall D: 2 – 12’ X 14’, Hall E: 20’ x 20’.
Awards: Prairieland Park will present Exhibitor Employee Courtesy Awards daily.
Exhibitor/Concessionaire admissions may be purchased from Prairieland Park’s Accounting Department
There are approximately 240 indoor spaces and 50 outdoor spaces available. If your application is accepted, you will be able to exhibit or vend only the products approved on your application by Prairieland Park. When applying for space at the Saskatoon EX, provide generous information on the products you wish to sell or exhibit. Only products approved by the committee can be sold. The selection committee will base its decision on the information you provide.
If applying for a food concession, please include a complete detailed menu and exact space requirements for your concession, including awnings, seating, etc. Concessionaires must provide their own booth and all equipment and products necessary to operate the concession. Food booths must comply with all local health and fire regulations.
Note: Insurance requirements, as outlined in the General Rules and Regulations, must be obtained through your service agent. Upon acceptance, please forward your insurance certificate to the Exhibits & Events Coordinator: firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation Policy: Rental space fees will be refunded, with the exception of $100.00 administration fee, when cancellations are received by June 17, 2019. No refunds will be paid on later cancellations or no-shows.

Concessions & Outdoor Vending: 24% commission of net sales reported daily or $1000 – whichever sum is greater. Deposit: Single location @ $250 | Multiple locations @ $150 each
